Idk why that's such a tough pill for me to swallow but it feels like he doesn't care to know what I'm up to anymore :( I wasn't deleting/unfolowing him from everything out of spite, it was to protect my heart I can't keep seeing him all the time I have panic attacks every night and every morning about this. I fear he may have deleted my number too and it honestly breaks my heart to know this is how it has to be :(
i bet you he was just shocked/offended that you unfollowed him and did the same out of angst. but tbh, do whatever is best for YOU. if he hurt you or did something you didn’t like, good for you for getting rid of him. i know it’s hard, but i hope that you start focusing on yourself and bettering your life rather than worrying about what he’s doing. again, do whatever is best for you and try not to worry about him. this will get easier with time, hang in their friend :)
