Fjord found at a young age by Wildmother following Vandrin, raised to hugely respect the Mother of the Sea and worship her aboard the ship while mimicking Vandrin.. only for the sabotage to happen, to be thrown off board and washed ashore with Visions of strangers to meet inland. 

Meanwhile Caduceus, raised in a family in a gothic family still in charge of a graveyard but much more corrupted by the savalier woods without the wild mother’s protection, faithful to their patron of Death, one by one his family left in its service until he was the last one, till he too, made his Pact with Death itself and took a branch of the graveyard’s dead tree as his pact weapon, and left with the visions his patron gave him.
