The classic dip! It is actually harder than you think to accomplish this for photos if you’ve never tried it! I have many couples who start to go at it and realize they can only hold it for a few seconds because they feel like they’re using so much upper body strength and have not trained for it!! 😂😂 But in reality, it’s probably because they were doing it wrong! There are some simple dips and more complicated ones but if there’s any advice I can share, it’s practice!
