I recently collaborated with the designer, Dani Paquin of Agapantha Jewelry, to create this desert moon ring! I wanted to create something simple with her, inspired by the moon. It's available in 14k Rose Gold and 14k Rose Gold Fill.
My favorite part if this is that 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the Open Medicine Foundation, an organization near and dear to my heart. My brother Matt has been suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis for over ten years now. Their mission is to fund and initiate collaborative and groundbreaking research into chronic complex diseases so that patients will be able to live life more fully.
They are now focused on the End ME/CFS Project, designed to find biomarkers and effective treatments for myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).
ME/CFS, or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, is a devastating and life-altering disease that affects up to 2.5 million people in the U.S. alone. Suffering from a host of symptoms that are chronic and incapacitating, patients with ME/CFS have a lower quality of life and higher rates of disability than patients with AIDS, MS, Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis. No cure exists. It’s invisible, it’s pervasive, it’s under-researched. OMF is determined to change this! You can learn more about them here (or message me if you would like to learn more): http://www.openmedicinefoundation.org/
If you're not in the market for a ring, you can also donate straight to OMF (or to any cause of your choice)! Now's definitely a good time to support the causes you feel strongly about.
