a retiring french prof just came into our french club meeting and said that quebec accents are offensive to her as a french person because she can't understand them and "they're not even trying" also, she questioned why our french club meeting was in english. it's because we want it to have more than two members :3 like I wish there was more french conversation but I have to write the presentations in english
