This is an extremely rare hand-made copy of Circus Contraption's The Show To End All Shows from 2010. This was only available for a short time from the early shows of their last performances of The Show To End All Shows at Theo Chocolates, Seattle WA. 

As I understand the story, they did not receive the legitimate copies of the CD in time for the performances so the band members hand-made a limited number of these to sell at the first couple of shows.

The printed CDr is housed in a simple cardboard sleeve with the track list pasted to the back and cover art printed in two-color ink on the front along with "Circus Contraption" applied in glitter. The ink on front is not worn but is how it was originally applied. It is not "shelf wear".

Also in the “keep up with your external shoulder rotation” pt realm is this shit. My heavy six foot bullwhips make my shoulders burn So Badly after training with them for even less than an hour.

I’m using a performance hybrid whip in this video (you can see the bullwhips in the foreground, lol), and will probably end up performing this act with the hybrids because it’s five minutes long and I might lose my arms if I use the bullwhips.

Miss La La at the Cirque Fernando

Description

The Cirque Fernando was built in 1875 near the Place Pigalle in Paris, close to where Degas lived. He saw Miss La La perform there several times. Born Anna Albertine Olga Brown (1858-1945), she was a mixed-race circus performer famous for her feats of strength. Olga is especially known as the inventor of the ‘Iron Jaw’ act, where she holds herself up by clenching a leather mouthpiece between her teeth.

In the painting, she is seen during one of her famous Iron Jaw performances. She is suspended from the ceiling as she is hoisted up to the roof by a rope. In one of her other acts she even carried a firing cannon, while dangling upside down from a trapeze. Degas places us among the audience, looking up at the spectacle above.
