not coping well with this current situation. At all. It’s not even the virus itself, like sure, that is scary as fuck but it’s not just that. I’m not coping well with the changes. I’m not coping well with the uncertainty. I’m not coping well with the fact that I cannot plan ahead. I hate that my routines all had to be changed at an instant. I need my stability and to function properly.
Oh and not to mention the current political situation which is just fifty shades of fucked up...
I know this sounds like whining but I wasn’t in a good place before and I’m abso-fucking-lutely not in a good place right now.
Anyway, I had a breakdown yesterday ( at least I lasted 3 weeks before that yay!) and I’m hoping that was the turning point and I can adapt to this as much as I can.
I AM trying my best even if my best is really not fucking much at this moment.
