My name is Eduardo Freitas, I'm a Brazilian historian and writer, author of two books about the Star Trek universe.
I live in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which was recently hit by an unprecedented climate catastrophe. Over 400 cities suffered intense flooding, leaving thousands of families homeless, with more than 1 million people directly affected by the floods.
At this moment, we need donations of clothes, medicines, food, animal feed, and volunteers to help with the transportation of donations and the sheltering of rescued individuals. We rely on your help to spread this great tragedy internationally and reach a greater number of people who have the means and availability to assist us.

Muito sentida com o que está acontecendo no RS. Hoje passei o dia desanimada pensando em quantas pessoas e animais estão sofrendo nesse momento.
Não consigo imaginar a dor e o desespero de quem está vivenciando tudo aquilo. Peço a Deus em minhas orações que ajude a melhorar a situação.
