Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup water. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Vegetable oil for frying. Your favorite ice cream flavors. Optional toppings e.g., sprinkles, chocolate sauce.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350F 175C. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe dough in a spiral motion onto a cone-shaped mold, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Carefully place the cone into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
