On most days I try to be nice and decent and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but if I had a magic button to ensure Sir Christoper Chope instantly got an infected ass injury that would force him to lie down and sob for the rest of his miserable days, I’d press it twice.

also blocked legislation against upskirting
and to improve oversight of the use of force in mental health units
tried to stop the pardon of Alan Turing (the Queen had to do it)
is against the minimum wage
doesn’t believe in climate change
voted against same-sex marriage (which Tories supported)
wants to bring back the death penalty
and privatise the BBC
opposed more legal protection for police dogs and horses
is perfectly happy having wild animals in circus
claims tickets for sporting events as ‘expenses’
refers to staff members in the House of Commons as ‘servants’
filibustered a bill for free hospital parking for carers
blocked a bill to protect poor countries from vulture funds (a bill Tories were in favour of, by the way)
and actively supports Brexit, because of course he does.
I mean I’m not saying kill him, but surely a moron like this a) shouldn’t find his place in a mainstream political party in 20-bloody-19 and b) shouldn’t receive a fucking Knighthood? For shame.
So, in other news today, the same guy who fought against the bill to ban upskirting last year is now fighting against a bill to classify FGM as child abuse.
His name is Christopher Chope and he's MP for Christchurch.
