Made this coconut white chocolate cake with lime filling as part of my#bakealong with @britishbakeoff It came out light and fluffy with a good amount of coconut flavour. The lime curd was a nice contrast and the coconut white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream was my favourite frosting I’ve ever made!
