These layered fudge brownies are gluten-free, paleo, dairy-free, and vegan, so enjoy them. When you mix dairy-free chocolate, cocoa, coconut, and almond flour, you get a rich treat that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool completely. In a separate bowl, mix shredded coconut and coconut cream until well combined. Spread the coconut mixture over the cooled brownie base. Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and drizzle over the coconut layer. Place the baking dish in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
