Ideju za igranje sa čokoladom za praznike dala mi je M A K O kada je za Uskrs napravila čokoladna jaja, na brz i jednostavan način. Ja sam razmišljala šta bi se moglo napraviti za božićne praznike i tako su nastali čokoladni snješkovići i irvasi 😊
Postupak je brz i jednostavan, tako da ga možete raditi i sa klincima.
Za izradu je potrebno:
• 200g bijele čokolade za kuvanje • 200g crne čokolade za kuvanje • Maslac ili kokosovo ulje • 100g bijelih okruglih bombona • 100g crvenih okruglih bombona • Praline • Grisine (perece I štapići) • Kokos za dekoraciju
Priprema
1. Rastopiti mliječnu čokoladu sa malo maslaca ili kokosovog ulja.
2. U posudu za pečenje staviti papir za pečenje i preliti čokoladom. Špahtlicom ravnomjerno zagladiti čokoladu. Ostavi par minuta dok se malo ne stegne, ali da ostane mekana na dodir.
3. Za izradu snješkića prvo staviti praline (kapica) zatim posložiti bijele bombone (trup). Prelomiti štapić i napraviti ruke. U rastopljenu crnu čokoldu umočiti čačkalicu i napraviti njome oči i usne snješkicu.
4. Za izradu irvasa potrebno je u rastopljenu čokoladu staviti crveni bobmon (nos), zatim dva bijela (oči), čačkalicom umočenom u crnu čokoladu napraviti oči. Izlomiti perece na pola napraviti rogove.
5. Po želji posuti mljevenim kokosom.
Tek kada sam izradila irvase I snješkiće, javilo mi se još ideja za dekoraciju.
