Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Put black beans, chipotle pepper, lime juice, cilantro, and cumin in a food processor and blend them together. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add salt and pepper to taste, and then blend again to mix everything together. Place the dip in a bowl for serving. Put it out with tortilla chips nearby to dip.
