Enjoy a steak bowl by from @chipotlemexicangrill because I just walked out of a mega reformer class #deathbykat, taught by fellow Bay Area #fitmom @poosekat. She had my whole body shaking and it reminded me of just how important it is to move your body in different ways. Weightlifting and @soulcycle are my PB&J, but Pilates isolated all those tiny muscle groups that often get neglected with other forms of exercise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you're in the Bay Area and wanting to check out a mega reformer class I highly suggest to check out one of @poosekat's class. I remember when she was just dreaming of doing this and I looked at her and said, "GO DO IT! What are you waiting for?" Proud of our #bbgbayarea mama for taking the chance and having the faith to pursue her dreams. Now excuse me while I got stuff my face 🐽 🍴, oh yeah and I splurged again with chips and guac.
