Snowy Sheathbill (Chionis albus)
Also known as the greater sheathbill or the pale-faced sheathbill, the snowy sheathbill is one of the two species of sheathbill (Chionididae) which is distributed from Antarctica, the Scotia Arc, the South Orkneys and South Georgia. Snowy sheathbills have a very wide pallet and will feed on almost anything they can manage to get a hold of.
