2019 has started out pretty strong.
I can already tell this is going to be a big year of changes & growth for me.
I’m a bit nervous, but also still very excited.
Sometimes, mastering one or two sentence patterns can be very helpful in making more sentences. “I like ...” and “I don`t like...” in Chinese are the patterns you need to master.

This was the last sample I did based on the Chinese patterns. For this I used a different material to experiment with which was puff binding.
This is a really easy and quick material to use as I only have to use a paint brush and spread this where it needs to go to get the pattern I am looking for.
After it is placed where it should be, I then dry it with a heater and it starts to rise making small clusters and bubbles stuck together which I think looks interesting and unique.
This would be a good material to further use in the future for small details possibly in my designs.
This was a simple and quick experiment I created using the hot glue gun and acrylic paint to go over the glue after it dries completely.
I let the glue dry before adding the paint on top and then let the paint dry after.
I wouldn’t continue to add this further in the future as it wasn’t one of my favourite techniques and not so effective to me.although I wanted to try this out as it might change.
