this is the largest sketchbook ive used in years and i fucking HATE trying to photograph it. impossible task. i need to get like, industrial strength binder clips to hold the pages flat for me

oh also i drew that generic anime cat oc on a whiteboard at the church my family went to when i was in middle school, and some kid vandalized it by giving it a goatee and bloodshot eyes and then nobody erased it and the whiteboard marker became permanently affixed to the board. the now useless whiteboard then sat in a back room for years afterwards. for all i know; its still there

starting to turn that artblock around! having a good time and spelling the word ‘receiver’ wrong

i’m not even sure if chilston counts as a snot gelert anymore

also pictured: fizziwhiz joins the candy gang (and i try to figure out how to draw them cute again), some very loose chilstons, chexerton wants to be a DEVO-esque musician/performer, and maybe finally the start of a design that i think works for viarnne and ben’s crappy dad, phineas

i could change nothing about his current design, say he’s a cartoon kangaroo, and i think i could get away with it. i will likely do this someday

viarnne+sam would be pretty stable due to sam’s general chill-ness, chilston+konwall would be a little less unpredictable than chilston but considerably creepier than konwall, and puggo+fiberoptic would be an anxious nightmare with very little impulse control
