ethan's a demon that took this old ass abanonded house and called it his home, went dormant there n just chilled until mark came along

he gives mark things to post, flickering lights and moving objects and little spooks

takes a human from and plants himself as a homeowner at the next place

says that he owns a good deal of empty properties and that he should call him (wink wonk

ethan thinks that mark is absolutely adorable for trying to document the paranormal

so it's ethan just showing mark around these mostly abandoned places aside from the stray spirit. at some point he actually falls in love and starts aggressively flirting with a completely oblivious mark, even on camera to the point where the viewers know before mark does

he eventually gets tired of marks shit and just straight up kisses him in the middle of one of the places. and ofc mark likes him back he's just a little dimwitted

like they do it for a video, it's all jokes and laughs and they rent the house for a day for an Extra Long ua video.

it's super funny until one of them realizes they actually want that with the other.
