There is a unique and tasty take on traditional chili called Cincinnati chili. With cinnamon, cloves, and allspice added to it, it has a unique flavor that goes well with spaghetti noodles.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 2 cups beef broth. 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp ground allspice. 1/2 tsp ground cloves. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 package spaghetti noodles. Optional toppings: shredded cheese, diced onions, oyster crackers.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, brown the ground beef in a large pot until it's fully cooked. Spice up the pot with chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cloves, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Also add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Mix things together well. Bring the mixture to a low boil, then stir it every now and then for one to two hours. While the chili is cooking, follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti noodles. Place the cooked spaghetti noodles on top of the Cincinnati chili. If you want, you can add shredded cheese, diced onions, and oyster crackers on top.
