Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni. 1 1/2 cups beef broth. 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions: Turn on Instant Pot to saut mode and brown ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until beef is cooked and onion is translucent. Add elbow macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing position, and cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is complete, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Serve hot and enjoy!
