Second class down and I feel so much better about it. Everyone is so friendly and nice at @bmvmnt. This time I tried the pre-workout (image) and the post shake (finished it before I arrived home), both were delicious. I feel like there are stages to this program, which are good. I also believe that I'll be able to clearly see and experience the progress throughout each stage.
