Holy Molly I'm actually really happy you asked me this question because now I get to somewhat organise my lore, world-building, and Headcanons into categories that I can ref and remember later.

I'm going to give you more world building stuff over individual Headcanons but if you want that too let me know in a separate ask.

PART 1 - Whole Troll Kingdom

Trolls are musical creatures.

Racism of Genres exists Queer-phobia does not exist Maybe some arguments on open relationships and Poly stuff but I'm not writing that.

Old Troll Kingdom originated from the center of Troll Forest, renamed Pop Forest as the troll tribes ran away from the pop genre takeover. 

Thus before the Bergens, there were multiple Troll Trees of many anatomy fitting kinds until the Bergens decimated them in their enclosing yearly genocides.

New Trolls Kingdom consists of the Main 6 genre regions and the Sub Genres without Magic String.

There are two kinds of Subgenres: those that grew from their string and those without a string (as explained in part 2 Chap 2 of my series)

Only pop trolls have a altered history on the strings

The Strings were made by troll answers to fight off the Silent Era (WeirdNCrazy)

Magical Genre Strings grants Soundwave attacks, and perfect harmony music.

The strings cannot make zombies or hypnotise anyone by themselves, requiring all the strings together and influenced under one genre.

Pop String was not strong enough to fight off the town of Bergens.

The Troll Tribes won't lose their music forever if the string is destroyed as seen in Trolls World Tour and the fact that the Pop Trolls never even knew their string existed and thus were not using it.

A Musician with a capital M is a troll that performs great feats of magic and/or magic Soundwave attack due to their skill in playing their instrument.

Musicians should not be put under the same classification as Genres causing their own side effects like Smooth Jazz causing drunk hypnotism.

Genres causing their own side effects is a tricky category as I have not thought about it heavily but I have: Smooth Jazz drunk hypnotism, Blues causes crying, Lullabies put you to sleep. 

Troll Tribe Leaders consists of one leader. Named as such: Pop, Techno, Rock, funk Royalty. Conductor for classical Trolls and String-keeper for country trolls.

Get that consort, arranged marriage, bloodlines angst shit outta here!! Trolls only marry for love no matter their status!!

Leaders rule by themselves unless you're King Quincy.

There are advisory trolls councils but ya know pop is underdeveloped as all hell.

String Genre troll tribes have citizens well into the millions and billions.

Funk and Rock Nation are two of the biggest troll tribes. I can't choose between the two.

There are no strict laws that say Trolls can't leave their region to go to another, it's just uncommon. And they don't have clear communication lines to each other unless you count funk who only communicate internationally when there is an emergency.

Funk, Country, Classical are kinda is contact for like political news stuff and emergencies. It more word-of-mouth from trolls travelling over borders.

The Rock Nation has been a bit quiet. The troll tribes send their best wishes to King Thrash knowing his medical condition.

EVERYONE STAYS THE FUCK AWAY FROM POP FOREST. but they don't know about the Bergens at all.

The Bergen MiniGolf place exists I guess. I hate how it's in the middle of nowhere but I also don't want to put it in like ancestors Bergen town. Fucking Trolls timeline logic mess.

this is a thread where i will be sharing screenshots of dms between cin and i. i HATE doing this, and it's one of the biggest reasons i didn't do it for so long. but hey, if he's allowed to do it, i'm doing it too. especially when he's quite literally lying about me to people.
