Sometimes halloumi burgers can be v boring, it’s true, don’t come for me, so I tend to always remember the ones that stick out from the crowd. @oinklondon do an AMAZING halloumi burger called the No Piggity. 🐽 Deep fried halloumi pieces, jalapeño salsa, and avocado mayo. It’s simple, but that hot streak of jalapeño salsa that runs through it makes all the difference. The halloumi itself was soft, not rubbery, and the fried coating on it felt light and crispy. When I order from Oink again I’ll definitely be getting another of these. Oink are on deliveroo from their prep kitchen in Fulham, so I’m telling all my West and SW London crew to check them out.
