This pick up line was absolutely PERFECT for Charson (๑>◡<๑)

Got this done very quickly because I actually like this one the most. Also like I really freaking adore this ship (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I know I made Carson and Tulip endgame in my canon, but there’s something about Chester and Carson that I just love (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀) I’ve been in a dilemma with Carson's ships for a while now.

We’re still days away from the 11th, but I want to brainstorm something for my birthday σ^_^’ I have a lot of favorite ships but I don’t know which one to do :;(∩´﹏`∩);:

It's also slowly becoming a point where I feel like it may end up replacing Glitterbomb as my endgame ship. But I'm still holding out hope for Tulip x Carson!!!

Life In Hogwarts

Post Hogwarts

A few years after Carson graduates from Hogwarts, the two bump into each other in the Ministry while getting his license for St. Mungo’s. They catch up for a bit before Carson tries to make up an excuse to leave.

After all the times of Carson avoiding him for years, Chester became desperate and corners him and Carson finally admits his feelings leaving Chester at a loss for words. Now it was Chester’s turn to avoid Carson just to process this new information.

While at a pub, he finds both Tulip and Veruca there. After telling them about what happened, both women tease him for finding out this late.

After some time of him looking back on everything, Chester started to realize why he’s been feeling so empty and annoyed whenever Carson wasn’t around and bothering someone else.

They both finally take the time talk about everything and agreed to take things slow. Carson also started acting like his old self around Chester more.

Although Carson has matured over the years and hardly does pranks nowadays, he still manages to give Chester a headache every now and then.

When they both came out to their friends, Felix took it upon himself to gloat about how he knew before him. Everyone else was pretty much “it’s about time, it hurt just watching both of you beat around the bush like that”

Few years into their relationship they eventually get married. Chester was the one that proposed. Although there was that joke proposal by Carson where they went to a museum for a date and Carson popped out a ring pop. Chester was both slightly amused, and embarrassed.

The thought of kids didn’t cross either of their minds until they come across a foster family. They meet a young boy named Mateo. After getting to know the kid, both Chester and Carson took a liking to him. They later adopted Mateo as their son.

Headcanons

There’s a lot of head pats and shoulder rubs between these two.

Chester always make sure to take Carson’s best interests to heart. And even when Carson claims he doesn’t want to disappoint him, Chester assures Carson that his feelings and comfort are just as important as his own.

Carson still continues his compliments to Chester about his bum.

Constant blushing from Chester every time Carson makes explicit and suggestive jokes towards him.

Mateo takes a bit after Carson with the jokes, while he shares more interests with Chester.

While he loves his fathers, Mateo is definitely closer to Chester. He finds Carson to be a little too extroverted at times and worries about him.

They don’t own any pets due to Carson’s never ending ‘abuse’ from animals and creatures. So most dates involving animals are out of the question.

Chester actually caught Mateo scaring Carson once with a puffskein. Carson was on top of a shelf holding a picture frame as a shield and begging Mateo not to bring the ball of fluff any closer. It was a funny sight but Chester immediately put a stop to it.

I gave up near the end of post Hogwarts that I just started listing off headcanons instead.

I was also so tempted to do the fluff alphabet for these two, but I still haven’t done it for Tulip x Carson yet. Well I started on it but I never actually finished it... So maybe when I finish theirs, I’ll work on the fluff alphabet for Charson. I can go into more depth over some headcanons for them there.

I may also update DieRuca’s Fluff Alphabet too once I finish Glitter Bomb’s own.

I made a poll in Amino asking what AU ship they wanted to see more of and I shouldn't have been surprised to see Charson get the most votes.

The post is divided between how their relationship went for Life in Hogwarts and then a new post for Post Hogwarts.

This ship originally started off as a gag in my original canon where Carson compliments Chester for having a nice rear end. It ended up turning up to Carson having a crush on Chester.

I have an entire AU based around their relationship as a slow burn romance. They only end up together after Hogwarts. I can’t really write it out but I can give terrible summaries of it (ㆀ˘･з･˘) and when I say terrible, I mean it.

Life In Hogwarts

Carson officially meets Chester on his first day at Hogwarts when he's shown the Ravenclaw common room and Chester introduces himself as their Prefect.

Chester becomes Carson's main target for pranks. His pranks were a way of trying to get his crush's attention because "Why ask to study together? That's too mainstream and so cliche. Dumping glitter on your crush is a sure way to get his attention."

Chester constantly complains about Carson's behavior to Veruca. He doesn't clearly understand why she's laughing at him or her response of "You're not that bright for a Ravenclaw"

Carson struggling to get Chester to realize his feelings for him. ”I don’t understand why he doesn’t like me yet. Veruca, seriously, do I have to prank him harder just for him to get the point? Veruca stop laughing, this is serious!”

Chester tries to keep Carson in line for the first two years until he eventually just gives up. He eventually loses his patience and after one prank gone too far, he snaps at Carson basically calling him a nuisance. This causes Carson to go quiet and apologize as it wasn’t his intention to make Chester feel that way.

Carson ends up avoiding Chester for the rest of his Prefect’s time in Hogwarts as ‘per request’ by Chester. Which he actually just blurted out “I can’t stand to look at the sight of you right now. Just get away.” Carson took that to heart, so by ‘respecting his wishes’ Carson avoids him.

Days later, Chester realizes Carson hadn’t started any trouble. Chester also started to notice that whenever he was in the same area as Carson, Carson would always make a quick exit without sparing a glance towards him. Even during study sessions he’s hardly around now.

Chester then founds out that Carson has been asking Felix and Veruca to help him study. This annoys Chester, “Of all prefects to ask, he chooses Rosier?!” Chester gets even more annoyed when his rival gives him a smug look and Veruca just laughs at his dilemma.

Even Felix knew and was reveling in his rival’s annoyance.

When Carson is confronted for it, he simply tells Chester that he’s doing what he wanted. Carson hasn’t been annoying Chester and most of his pranks are not longer toward him. And Chester isn’t sure why he’s been feeling empty now that Carson is bothering someone else.

Every time Chester tries to approach Carson, he would make an excuse about Veruca needing help with Care of Magical Creatures. He knew Carson was making that up because all of Ravenclaw knows Carson has a terrible relation with animals and creatures.

Their relationship ends up being extremely awkward as Carson keeps avoiding Chester. On Chester’s graduation day, Carson makes a short appearance to congratulate him.

When Bill organized a little meet up with all the old prefects to help Rowan and Charlie, while Carson and Veruca were only there because they missed their prefects. Well Veruca was pretty open about missing Felix while Carson was nervously avoiding Chester’s gaze.
