These roasted grapes are a great addition to your cheese board because they are a nice mix of sweet and savory flavors that go well with different kinds of cheese and crunchy sides. When you roast grapes, they get sweet and caramelized, and the rosemary adds a herbal note that makes them taste great. This recipe is quick and easy, and it makes any charcuterie spread better.
Ingredients: 2 cups seedless red grapes. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped. 1 teaspoon honey. Salt and black pepper to taste. Assorted cheeses such as brie, camembert, and goat cheese. Crackers and baguette slices. Nuts and dried fruits for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Pat them dry with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, combine the grapes, olive oil, chopped rosemary, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the grapes evenly. Spread the grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast the grapes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they start to blister and caramelize, and their juices begin to release. Remove the roasted grapes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Arrange the roasted grapes on a cheese board or serving platter alongside the assorted cheeses, crackers, and baguette slices. Garnish the cheese board with nuts and dried fruits if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
