Truthfully if you’re looking to put on weight it doesn’t hurt to check out how sumos do it, even if you’re only going for a little extra they’re pros at packing it on
Also google Chankonabe that’s like a staple of the sumo diet and also fucking delicious

That’s a great suggestion; I hadn’t even considered. I am trying to put on some healthy weight, I’ve always been >150lbs my whole life due to an eating disorder brought on by anxiety.
Also I bike everywhere I go year-round, so a high calorie diet is a must for my fuel.
