Honestly kind of crazy how people can't let shit go, no matter how hard you try. There are always going to be some people that want to obsess over it. You can keep going with your own life (as you should), but you'll also have to limit some things of your life to prevent them from feeding off it, unfortunately. So you have two options: live your life limited because of people who can't get over themselves, or do what you want, with the little anxiety of said people trying to start shit again.
