Good Morning #Gladiators here's the last couple days #CampGladiator recap. Back it again for the 99 and the 2000..... If your over 21 you'll get that reference lol. Anyways CG had kicked off again with the first Full Camp of 2019.#Trainer @teamreneeallday brought out the fun as usual with a great workout in Monday but today we had the pleasure of training with Shamus @donahoe82! Now Renee is one of the best trainers CG has and Shamus is right there with her in the hall of fame. I never leave his workouts not questioning life choices afterwards lol. In a good way. We also had our #CGFit test which helps determine where you are in the program so 1 minute straight for 5 exercises, 5 min total. High knees Thrusters Sit-ups Squat Jacks Walking planks I think I did ok with my weight vest on. 160 total. Then on to the workout. 1st Round: Squats RDL Push-ups Lunges Sit-ups Plie Squat Inch worm 12 reps each but you work your way down. So first exercise run a lap, then 2 exercises lap, 3 exercises lap and so on.....🤨 2nd Round is what I caught on the video. So it's the entire board of exercises. Same reps, do all the exercises first then a lap. Drop one exercise, do the rest, lap, drop two, do the rest and so on. _ Last year was such a journey for me and I'm looking to busy through what I feel like is a plateau.
