Finally beginning to feel like I’m rejoining the land of the living. These past three months have been quite tumultuous for me. Losing my dad, worry about my mom (and my sister who has been run ragged trying to take care of her) and other family shit that isn’t mine to discuss. This all culminated with the most awful sore throat/head cold/cough - not flu. Aside from a lingering headache (which may or may not be related) I’m finally on the mend. I’ve been lazy with my cooking so not eating as healthfully as I would have liked. But I’m getting back on track with some comfort food #cfdg style. Roasted Veggies over Smoky Grits.
