24. Â Do you outline?
Yes. Â Extensively. Â I started this fic with kind of a vague idea of where I wanted it to go, and somewhere along the line that evolved into a long mental outline which evolved into a long handwritten outline that I constantly revise. Â I sort of bullet point it and fill in the gaps with whatever feels right at the time. Â I do revise it a lot - move things around, add a scene, change a certain interaction to a different character, whatever fits - but yeah, Iâd never keep it all straight without an outline.
26. Â Anything youâre planning to write in your fic that youâre worried readers might not like?
Yep. Â Oh yeah. Â I think (hope) that ultimately, it will go over well, but yeah thereâs plenty Iâm worried about. Â No oneâs really yelled at me too much yet, but itâs coming.
40. Â Chapter youâre most proud of in this verse?
Ah, tough.  I like 12, I think, which is the one where Lexa gets drugged, because thereâs a decent amount of character development in it for multiple characters and, while itâs fun to switch perspectives, itâs also difficult.  I like 18, which is the last chapter I wrote, because you see so much of who Lexa is and who Clarke is and Iâm going to like 19 for the same reason.   Honestly?  The chapter that Iâm going to be the most proud of is probably like⌠22? 23?  Not yet written, near the end, and if I can write it correctly I am going to preen, you have no idea.

Lexa prefers contract killer. Brutally precise and efficient. Blood for moneyâno other attachments.
Clarke prefers hitwoman. More force, more room for improvisation.
Neither of them prefer crossing paths with each other. In fact, they openly loathe it: crossing paths usually results in threats, violence, gunfire, the occasional chase and at least one instance of bondage.
But when Clarke and Lexa are hired by different clients to kill the same target, their paths wonât only cross, but converge. Explosively.
@centuriesofexistence is a huge gift to this fandom. 'in love and war and politics' might be my favourite clexa fic, thank you so so much for writing it
