Yesterday’s post about Biodynamic Meditation was about sensing into your midline and the space around it. Today, do it again. Get into a meditative state and once you settle into it, sense into your midline again. Notice any sense you may have of vertical motion, going up the midspace to the crown of your head, then descending to your pelvic floor. This stately rhythm moves up and down through the central axis of your body. At first you may think you’re imagining it. Or you may sense it only in your upper abdomen. You’re on the right track! Keep bringing your attention back to what you are actually sensing there. This is probably new for you. Give yourself a few days to become more familiar with it.
