i think i remember that the game maybe suggests that they’re just created, though? like in pavo’s quest during the dlc she says that she and aquila call themselves siblings, but only because they were created at the same time so they’re twins or something like that. could definitely be wrong about it though
and honestly? i like these ideas a lot better than that anyway. idk, the idea of stardust coalescing into a little baby bird child at the foot of ygdrassil while a new spot of void is carved out for them in the night sky sounds a heck of a lot cooler than them just. showing up one day
