Wickid had a long day behind him when he came home to the free companies house. His armor had scratches all over it, and he would need the entire next morning to repair it. But now he wanted to take some rest, at least, and with a small sigh he opened the door to the free companies house.

When entering the house Wickid saw his beloved wife Azura with Niyu und Isabelle at the couch. It seemed like Azura was braiding their hair, and right now it was Niyus turn. Like a mother with her children, which was kinda true. A small smile appeared on Wickids face. It reminded him a bit of his own mother.

His mother… It’s been a while since he thought of her the last time. Certainly she would scold him for coming back like this, like Azura will in a few moments when she notices him. He remembered it clearly, as it happened often enough those days. Playing outside with his friends… fighting with them… yeah, those were some fun times, even though he hadn’t been a fighter back then. As if the son of a merchant would have been any good at fighting. How times could change…

But his mother was the one who teached him almost everything he knew. Reading, writing, some maths… everything he would need to follow in the footsteps of his father… but the Garlean empire put an end to this. He couldn’t remember what happened when they tried to flee, but… that was the last time he saw his parents. He didn’t look after them after they freed Ala Mhigo, did he? They could be still alive, maybe. He should really return home, soon… But for now he should get ready for his wife, who noticed him and his shabby armor.

First of all: sorry for taking so much time! D: You know, i was a biiit busy, and i needed to think about Wickids backstory. A lot. Didn’t think about his parents that much until now. But now… Wickid got a bit more backstory which i should write soon. Maybe. I’ll see.

Anyway… i may write a story about him returning home, soon. Should be a village near Ala Ghiri, i think? Or Ala Ghiri itself, i don’t know yet. But if someone wants to accompany him, feel free to ask for a rp with me o/
