Pennsylvania: Looks like a zombie, may sound like a zombie. His neural network is momentarily frozen inside his skull. I don't know what drug he's taking, but he may have had his last fix. I've seen people doing this 3,000 miles west of him, in Portland, Oregon.

Neuroplasticity allows most people to recover their common sense, reason and language processing skills, but brain cells won't regenerate forever. All I can say is: Don't do drugs.
