I "bullied" an online shop of KPOP merchandise again.
I sent this message to the online seller yester-night, technically. I think from here you will know what the issue/problem was.
This is their sister. I don't have an FB account, that's why I'll just send it through my sister's account.
First, was it not your responsibility to tell us beforehand if the items were not available so that we would be able to change it before it was shipped? All online sellers should be responsible telling their customers if the items they ordered are already sold out. What would you feel if you waited for the items that you ordered for days late (and yes, I actually understood your situation since I know how hard it is to work out the schedule when you're in college plus the fact that sometimes you have many extra activities so we didn't complain about that) only to see that it's not there? Please put your situation in the customer's shoes.
Second, because it's your responsibility to tell us customers that the item is not available anymore before you shipped it, why should we pay for another SF if we would change our orders? You did not tell us that it was not available before you shipped it. You just merely shipped it knowing that our orders are incomplete, then you tell us that we can just change our orders and pay for another shipping fee or you can just refund it to us. The shipping fee is not just 10 pesos, it's 100 pesos, and 100 pesos is important to a student like them. We ordered many items to maximize the shipping fee. Do you get my point?
Third, if you have a "rule" like that, you should've posted it on your site so that we would know that you're a seller who does not tell the customers if the item they ordered and paid for is not available anymore but still ships the other items nonetheless and tells them that if it is not there, they can just change orders and pay for the SF again.
It's been the second time that we encountered an irresponsible seller of KPOP merchandise. My younger sis lost all her trust in all of you sellers. She was anticipating for her items, and to her dismay, it was not there and the seller hasn't bothered to inform us beforehand.
We're talking about business here. And because it's online, it is harder to trust people. We put our trust in you, you disappointed us. Do you not even know the basic rules of selling? Your responsibilities as a seller? If so, you can just stop selling online most especially if you don't have time to learn these simple things.
Be responsible enough. We customers, deserve an update regarding the status of our orders since we paid for it.

Yeah, it was long like hell, again, because I just had to tell this seller my point. And her reply?

Pwede po ninyo baguhin na lamang ung order niyo at umorder kasama pa ng ibang items kung mayroon pa or refund na lamang po, pasensya na ho ulit, ung 2 Shinee Notebooks po ung wala dun, sorry for being *very much irresponsible, now i just decided to stop selling kung yun po ang mas makabubuti, aayusin ko muna lahat bago ako magstop..

I'm not asking for the refund of the items that were already shipped. I'm not as unreasonable as that. You gave us the choice of either ordering again and paying for the SF or refunding it through G-cash right? So we just chose to refund it. It's 200 pesos, for the 2 SHINee notebooks, right?
We'll just wait for the refund.
There. The shop is CeeMarket. If you'll visit her wall, you can see that she posted that she'll stop selling online already. I don't feel guilty or anything because she was in the wrong, but I never thought she would be this weak. If she'd been responsible enough, then this won't happen. I really didn't mind the shipping delays, she was a student and I know how hard it is to work the schedule out, but this one is an irresponsible act I can't overlook.
I now legit hate buying in Facebook. Well, what's new? I hate Facebook in the first place anyway. LOL.
