Makan with mother Mondays Thankful that our usual bakery that we used to frequent before covid is still operating despite the restrictions placed on F&B establishments. Feels like home when we visit @cedelesingapore with the same faces to greet us whenever we dine. Its a warm feeling to dine with a business that you watch them grow from 1 outlet to 28 outlets. When laziness rear its head and our stomach is growling, we like the idea that we have an option at this cafe. A healthylicious salad meal. Spotted someone else having this. The serving size and the items on the plate looks so inviting that we decided to have the same thing too. A decision well-made. Very full - filling meal indeed! Believed this dish is the lentil mushroom salad? Addicted to their clever play of refreshing and appetizing miso, ginger + plum/yuzu (i can't recall) salad dressings for this dish. And the lentil cake reminded me of the Indian snack, vadai.
