Got a couple photos here. With as ornery as this tongue-and-groove cedar can be, I can't imagine how difficult pieces of a pallet could be. My favourite way to barbecue fish is on cedar planks. Make sure you soak them really well before you put them on! Trout topped with fresh salsa on the planks and enoki mushrooms wrapped in prosciutto on the grill. Serve with a side of greens.
