"baby, you know i love you taking pictures of me but at some you're going to have to stop and enjoy being out!" or, you know, just take a quick break and then get back to picture taking later. cecilia herself needs to have an opportunity to take pictures of her darling wife while on their little trip as well so this could very well be the first excuse. "oh! look at this gorgeous park! should we get some gelato and walk around??"

"i get plenty, doorknob, i'm just considerate and take my fucking elsewhere." consider it a habit she carried over from living back at home, despite the fact that getting caught was quite low. the stolen blueberry has her scoffing in disdain, turning her body fully to scold at him. "you realize you have to stay still while i take your measurements, right? unless you want the fit to be off for your big day."

"are we ever going to talk about the night we played spin the bottle?" the question cuts through the silence rather awkwardly, cecilia admits, but they had a normal enough night between them that she feels it's okay to ask. the lights are off and cozy under the covers, both girls had plenty to drink throughout the evening, and their regularly scheduled sleepover went without so much as a blip. leave it to cecilia to throw an arrow of fire right into it. "well, when i... played. because i have a funny feeling you're going to remind me of the fact."

"that doesn't sound convincing in the least. hasn't anyone ever told you not to sneak up on a girl like that?" costume or not, cecilia probably would've punched him anyways. she'll give it to him that the outfit he dons was quite a good one but even she's not so wimpy that it warrants a punch to the face. "come here, let me see it..."

❝ baby, are you ready? ❞ she's practically squealing, keys clutched in one hand while the other holds rowan's. yes, they've entered this house before together and yes, the mountains of paperwork they've had to sign to get to this point certainly took a lot of the excitement out but... it's their first and hopefully only home together from here on out and cecilia just couldn't wait any longer. with the door unlocked, she gives rowan a nudge with her elbow. ❝ do the honors, mrs. choi-sommers. ❞

"what are you talking about? what part of that was a lie?" maybe she just likes to smirk a lot to throw off another's scent. deception and illusion. when done right, it generally yields her the results she wants. unfortunately with her friend in the room, the only thing it yields her is an entirely laughable hypothetical.
