Imma showcase everything I have for the funni Invader Zim AU that’s been living in my noggin for the past few days.

TLDR, the Massive is attacked, Red & Purple are forced to lay low on Earth, they get human holographic disguises alongside alt battle armor to help with necessary combat since a few people KINDA want them dead.

This was an AU I originally made back in like 2019 on Amino, but that shit was kinda cringe & Amino is officially dead now, so uh

It’s been a while…

I originally abandoned it when “A Very Tall Problem” basically started doing my idea but better, but as I was recently revisiting the series & that fan project in particular, I noticed that a lot of people REALLY love making these two beef, severely hurt one another, have a major strain in their relationship, & that’s all fine & good & all

But uh

Considering these two were the only pair in the show that WASN’T an absolute dumpster fire (before ETF), I feel like respecting how tight their bond genuinely is

So they were absolutely the first living things they saw upon being gifted life & have RARELY left each others’ side ever since.

They got that best friend energy we all WISH we had.

… but they’re also the gay best friends. But like… CASUALLY gay. Like

Eating shit & laughing while chilling on the couch, one laying on top of the other adorably without either of them mentioning or acknowledging it.

THAT type of casual.

Lance gave up the chance to make a difference by giving up the Red Lion. He gave up his chance to be a hero. What he wants now is just to go home. He'll protect Earth and his family from the Galra as best he can when he gets there.  That's his top priority now.

And sure, he stole the opportunity to make this decision from Keith, and maybe that's not fair.

But whatever. If Keith was going to make the wrong choice, Lance wasn't going to give him one.

I know im slow on updating my Fusionfall AU fic on AO3, so to make up for it a bit, have these references I shipped up for the series’ 2 main characters!

It makes me so happy seeing these 2 properly lined & colored like this.

& it hopefully helps out future readers get a better idea of what these 2 look like!

Of course, Jacket Demongo WILL appear later in the fic, but for now, we only have Small Wet Cat™.
