We seriously need to talk about how good tubbo is at the subtle roleplay and the fact that he doesn’t really need the big huge lore streams for us to know what q!tubbo is feeling. The fact hat we all came to the conclusion that tubbo feels alone on the island and doesn’t think anyone cares for him just from the small bits and pieces in everyday streams is just so good. The little remarks or choices he makes with his character that can so easily be brushed off but make soooo much sense in retrospect.
Just the way he played his character after the funeral is an example of that. He doesn’t have to say anything about how he feels, he doesn’t have to point anything out, he just does things and it shows. The way he’s more reckless with himself. His comment to sunny about the only person to hurt him is himself (which can be a passively suicidal mentality or thinking that he killed Fred just bc he was his friend). The way he kept the slower in his offhand with absolutely no comment to other players or the viewers.
It’s the subtle, improv, and unsaid things that tubbo does that just make me so insane over his character. He’s so good at showing instead of telling and he does it so freaking well

I just found out about """ashbo""" shippers and I feel genuinely sick to my stomach. I knew there was a lot of concerning IRL shipping amongst dsmp enjoyers but HOLY fuck dragging someone who isn't even a content creator and who has never been seen before is insane and I don't use that word fucking lightly. Every time Tubbo has mentioned the person he's been dating he's been deliberately vague or has accidently leaked something. Man does not want y'all to know! And yet there are people sleuthing around for all the info they can get, writing fucking timelines, doing in-depth analysis of fucking breadcrumbs, writing NSFW FANFIC. You have been told MULTIPLE TIMES BY THESE CREATORS THAT THEY SEE THE SHIT YOU POST especially on Twitter where the algorithm shoves it in their faces! Genuinely if you engage in this behaviour you need HELP. It's not healthy for you and it's fucking terrifying for CCs to have their private lives treated like an ARG. When will you be satisfyed with the amount of information you have on these teenage strangers' lives?? Can you imagine the psychological impact of having thousands of people's input on your personal relationships AT EIGHTEEN!!!! And I know y'all have been doing this since they were minors. I don't care if you're their age it's fucking messed up to be publicly hypothesizing about the details of the sex and love lives of strangers! Some people out there spend so much time falling down this hole and yet don't seem to spend any time trying to empathise with these creators who have told them multiple times to stop shipping them with their other teenaged friends!
And I thought I was getting dangerously obsessive with my special interest in these streamers! I guess this also doubles as my announcement that I'm going to be forcing myself to de-dsmp my internet spaces to try and nip this thing in the bud in the hopes that I can have a healthy relationship with these people's content and not have to stop watching them entirely so apologies if I unfollow you. It's not personal. I'm forcing my new hyperfixation to be treating CCs like human strangers (I'm not saying it's easy fellow autism havers, it's fucking necessary for your mental health)
I hope this post can be a wakeup call to someone out there but I know a lot of people are just gonna yell at me about. Genuinely scared to be honest, considering how they're all doxxers but this needs to be said more often. If you get upset at me for telling you to treat strangers like they're human I'm insta blocking you.
