@causticpieces he is very lost.
Β°β©β π€ ββ©Β° The ground had given way under his weight and the next thing he knew he was falling down the side of a mountain. Ed couldn't come after him, it would have got him killed. Ed was going to come after him but he'd yelled at him not to. He never hit the ground.
Something happened and he felt himself get thrown through what felt like the portal of truth only to get spat out on what felt like the other side of this backwards place. So if he was lost before then he doesn't even know what to describe himself as now.
He's lost track of time with how long he's been wandering and it's another one of those times that despite his inability to feel anything psychically, his mind has been teetering the edge of sanity for a while now.
Not having to sleep or eat has come in handy and towns have been a completely different trip of their own. He's seen the ground change drastically more times than he cares to think about and there is a part of him in the back of his mind that wonders if the ever really did come out of the portal or if this place is really just the end of everything and it's truth's way of playing some kind of sick joke on them.
He has heard people (of all sorts of faces and species) call this place Wonderland and there is no way he got trapped in a book.
He's a suit of armor so how could getting trapped in a book be any more weird. There's really not much that he would rule out of the realm of possibilities these days.
He just hopes that Ed is okay and that he's someplace safe. He can deal with his upside down place as long as he knows his brother is okay. Hopefully he's with at least someone who can help him out a little.
They'll find each other eventually - won't they?
They always do... So they just have to keep holding on for now. It's all they can do.
