helena is @memorydens sosu, and her and casca were together prewar, they met in college and were together for a while until they were forced to break up because their relationship was kinda a secret but helena got proposed to by a guy and she couldn’t say no so they broke up, but still remained very good friends but it was never the same??

we have handfuls of aus between us, and one of them is like where both helena and casca survived vault 111, and another where helena is a ghoul, but in each canon the other is present.

like casca finds her diary she kept the last two years before the bombs fell, and it’s at the institute in father’s possession. she point blank asks him about it, and he said that he just wanted to get to know her better. casca is a little iffy about that, because it contains the breakup, her forced marriage, and having a baby that she did not want, an dit was all very personal and just having another person read it was jarring. well turns out, father created a synth!helena as a means to entice casca to run the institute, and it hurt. it hurt casca, and she was just. shellshocked.

casca is chaotic neutral, she’s very rash in her decisions, not thinking things through all the way before heading off into action. she also doesn’t care about other people’s thoughts / actions unless they directly affect her / the people she loves.

20. do they have any hobbies? what are they?

she loves to play drinking games with the residents of diamond city, the raiders at nuka world, anyone she can cohere into playing with. she is really. really into alcohol period, she got shitfaced regularly when she was staying at the institute and would sit in the lobby and just cry . and i’ll tell u what she is virgina, she’s an alcoholic

21. do they have a favorite holiday? how do they celebrate it?

casca’s favorite holiday is christmas! par being a very selfish character, she loves to give to children, and bring happiness to them. she has a real big soft spot for other people’s kids, trying to help them in any way she can. she really just celebrates by making herself a meal and drinking, and falling off a sanctuary roof :^/

her favorite season is summer, she loves the heat, and wearing as less as possible. she grew up in louisiana, so she knows how Hot it Gets and it’s just sorta apart of her ?? she detests winter, and before living in the commonwealth, had never seen snow.

oh we all kno she’s got a huge temper, and can really get angry at a drop of a hat. she can be responsible at times, but those are not frequent.

24. do they express their emotions freely or hide their true feelings?

casca is very picky, and will show her rage and her annoyance and mainly negative emotions first, rather than the positive ones. piper gets all the good emotions.

neither dndnsndb but if push comes to shove, a leader

bad ……. ppl think she’s snobby and rude n she is !!!!!!

casca really only travels with dogmeat, she isn’t willing to put her life in the hands of another person, but there was a brief stint were she and piper traveled together when they first met.

definitely depends on the situation, if it doesn’t help her out personally, she won’t do it. but if a problem hits her personally, she will do all in her power to help.

29. What do they find most attractive in others? Name at least one psychological and physical trait. (doesn’t have to be romantic attraction)

honesty and big buff arms. she Loves

30. Do they flirt often? How easily do they fall in love?

casca is a really guarded person, and hardly lets anyone in. it takes a headstrong person to break her mold, and to get past all the layers of self hatred. casca does flirt often, albeit shamelessly, but she really only FELT like she was blushy and flirty with piper.

31. What’s their love life like? Are they interested in anyone or in a relationship?

she is with piper, for the majority of her time in the commonwealth. it takes about a year for them to confess their feelings, and another year for the relationship to blossom. but by the time casca found out who shaun was, the relationship deteriorated, because casca kept drinking more, and doing more dangerous suicidal things. piper tried to help, but casca just broke off, and seemed to disappear from the world. it was only until after casca destroyed the institute that the two got their issues straightened out.

32. Do they prefer to solve things diplomatically or using violence?

Admittedly, it's pretty bad, but I actually finished Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage for Dreamcast last night. In my opinion it hasn't really aged well, but it's a really interesting stand-alone, (non-canon) story-driven hack-and-slash game that I'm sure only fans of Berserk would really appreciate.

According to Wiki, "It takes place anywhere between volumes 22 and volume 23 of the Berserk manga; right after Guts and Puck depart for Elfhelm with Casca, but before Farnese, Serpico and Isidro catch up with them."

Anyway, my only real complaint is the lack of motion-acting, and the strange sort of one-sidedness in Guts' playability; he's a heavy guy, as you might imagine, and his warm-ups to strikes and defending don't stand up well against his decidedly quick foes, most times. Unless they're huge bruisers, in which case they fling him into walls regardless.
