I ran off some copies! If you are in the US I will mail you one. If you aren't I still might but may have to do some research. I had to run them in color due to low contrast, so the grays read beige and purple rather than true to the scan. Be aware. I am going to try running some off on my work printer (shh) tomorrow to see if it looks better.

OR I can send you the pdf and folding instructions so you can print it yourself. Pdf is true to color but your printer may vary.
