That’s cool, I’m here for whatever works for people but I’m also here to tell you it’s not the only way. - I know there is a lot of confusing information out there but it all comes down to the correct energy balance— not eliminating a single macronutrient. - Some of the reasons low carb or keto diets may work for some is because it eliminates a lot of highly palatable food options and allows people to adhere to a calorie deficit.🍕🥖🍞🥯🍪🧁 - Calories are king when it comes to weight loss but choosing healthier carb sources when you can, will help keep you full longer and prevent a potential “fuck it” moment. Think of the last time you were only able to have one chip for example. 😬 - You can still reserve room for treat days but choosing complex carb sources like potatoes, fruits, quinoa, oats, veggies ( yes veggies are carbs too ) on a more regular basis will help keep you full longer and they are much harder to overeat. 🥦 - Most importantly, just be aware of how certain foods make you feel, or which foods seem to be “foods without brakes” for you.
