Paradise Lost, book IV

This is Dr. Johnathan Reid. Doctor, former military medic, newly minted vampire, and owner of one of the finest strong noses I've seen in a while:

I normally wishlist games I want and wait for the Summer or Winter sales (and, lately, even the Humble Monthly) but after reading a spoiler-free post about what it was supposed to be like, nostalgia (and being up at some ungodly hour) took over and I bought it on release.

[In response to someone who said he looks like he likes to go on monologues to himself.] He actually does have moments where he makes mental observations to himself, so...you're not too far off. XD

And yeah, he does kind of suffer from having a tropey bit of Man Pain driving him initially, which I point out right off (because I recorded last night's playthrough, partially for screencap usage).

At the same time, there's also something nice about how the nurses that work in the hospital which becomes your main hub actually look like they've been pulling all-nighters, and some of them look their age or don't have super-soft/typically "feminine" features...
