So in Splatoon‘s story mode, Cap’n Cuddlefish is convinces the octarians stole the Great Zapfish. As we know, they did. But like, what if they didn’t and it was just a bunch of stupid kids? But Cuddlefish was still convinced it was the octos. And like you get to DJ Octavio and you find out, no they didn’t, this old guy is just crazy. You still get the boss battle cause like, you beat up hundreds of his people just because his crazy ex friend told you to. He’s not happy. Preferably with constant jabs at Cap’n Cuddlefish through the entire fight like “This is why we’re not friends anymore Craig” or “Remember that New Years party Atlanta held that time? I don’t! I was in jail because you convinced people I stole her laptop!” It’s kinda stupid but still.
