Any interesting variations beyond just climbing the stairs while on the step mill?
snapthistiger: the step mill is pretty much just climbing stairs. there are several programs that vary the speed for intervals during the exercise. this machine has 6 or 7 Spartan Race events that you can try. i tried one of the Spartan things and it was ok. most of the time i do 30 minutes on the fat burner program and then i sometimes adjust the speed depending on how i feel. thank you for the question. the step mill is my favorite cardio machine. it pushes me and i’ve gotten stronger.
