kinda suspicious abt Thrain not really being his birthname but something that he came up when the masters of the night wind asked him about his name to weave a scroll recording the cataclysm bcs/and/or "Thrain" seems to be more of reflection to his state at that moment as someone who was just cursed with immortality and I keep thinking about his strong attachment to identities and moniker as shown when he refused to tell us his name by saying "he is no longer that person" but idk maybe I am just a bit bothered that it literally references a corporeal undead king and as much as it fits him 500 years ago with the way he led his people too but I just really think it could not be his birthname
