nahida can access the irminsul just like how citlali can access the night kingdom it's actually just that, which doesn't speak much abt their lore but iirc I ever yapped to an oomf abt each elements main stats and how hydro and dendro is related to the shade of life which constitutes the being itself (HP) and their harmony with their environment (EM) so citlali having EM buff in her constellation makes sense bcs shes literally discord (strikethrough) mod just like nahida
